Not covered by any of these plans? Contact us and we will find the best solution to suit you.
Some services are not covered by MSP and therefore have an associated fee. For these services, you will be asked to provide payment at your appointment. These include (but are not limited to): Doctors note, forms, no-show fee, immunization record, transfer of records, uninsured office visit, etc.
